RHY1059-CD Mac
Wiseman, Bluegrass 1971 - $13.49
Towards the end of 1970,
MAC and LESTER FLATT talked about teaming up for an
album that would re-create the mood and spirit of
the late 1940s. Lester, of course, had split
acrimoniously from Earl Scruggs, so Mac & Lester
began touring together, sometimes with separate
bands, and recording together. Their albums during
this period were musically and commercially
successful.
