This 1980 album has been available on CD for some time,
but has a new artwork makeover and 24 bit mastering . It
is one of the ESSENTIAL Bluegrass albums, even though it
is not strictly Bluegrass. But it features two of the
giants of the genre in an amazingly powerful & beautiful
recreation of the music of the great brother duets.
Listening to the wonderful, rich vocals of Tony Rice it
is hard to believe & accept that he can sing no longer.
The duets are stunning and the instrumental work (just
mandolin & guitar) brilliant but always tasteful. An
all-time gem of an album
